Designing and Making a pcb

Here is a list of operations needed.
Put them into the correct order by drag 'n drop.

  • dry and re-expose to uv for 5 mins
  • print tracks on drafting film
  • rewash in etch resist remover
  • Ranger produces tracks
  • place drafting film on lightbox
  • cut pcb sightly larger than needed
  • put pcb on top of drafting film
  • design circuit using Ranger
  • close lid and expose to uv for 3.5 mins
  • wash pcb in etch resist remover
  • put pcb in etch tank
  • wash to remove etchant
  • remove protective film right after cutting
  • etch for 5 mins
